12th Dec, 2002	Tobacco cessation programme was inaugurated by Sri Shatrughan Sinha, Union Health Minister, Govt. of India.
6th Sept., 2003	LASER therapy for treatments of cancer at Mahavir Cancer Sansthan was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. M. Rama Jois, Governor of Bihar.
11th Nov., 2003	Lion`s blood bank was inaugurated by the International Director - Lion Chigurupati Varaprasad.

15th March, 2005	Foundation stone laying for installation of 2nd Cobalt machine by H.E. Lt. Gen. (Retd.) S.K. Sinha, Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
19th March, 2005	A Special cover on Sansthan issued by Chief post master general, Bihar Circle on the occasion of ‘PATPEX’ 2004.

30th Sept. 2015	South Asia Universe Queen Mrs. Richa Singh visited Mahavir Cancer Sansthan & inaugurated the Breast Cancer Awareness Programme.
3rd Nov. 2015	Chairman, Press Council of India Hon’ble Justice (Retd.) Chandramouli Kumar Prasad visited Mahavir Cancer Sansthan & inaugurated “UTTSAH” programme.
15th Feb. 2016	Hon’ble Acting Justice of Patna High Court Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Ansari visited Mahavir Cancer Sansthan and announced to give the patients under treatment of this institute are getting blood unit and its components for rupees 500/- only.
18th July 2016	Hon’ble Justice Mr. C. M. Prasad, Lokayukta, Bihar visited Mahavir Cancer Sansthan and inaugurated “Molecular Diagnostics & Research Laboratory”
10th Aug. 2016	His Excellency Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Hon’ble Governor of Bihar visited Mahavir Cancer Sansthan & inaugurated the आंजनेय अहारिका to provide free meal to the admitted cancer patients on behalf of Sri Mahavir Mandir Trust.
