After successfully putting Mahavir Cancer Sansthan on the world health map, the institute administration is all set up to build the nation's biggest hospice to treat patients struggling with various forms of Cancer.
The 100-bed hospital is to be built at the cost of Rs. 3 crore that would be met by fund provided by the Central government or by the donation given by the Mahavir Mandir.
The hospital would work in close association with voluntary health workers, social activists, psychologists, and yoga trainers to provide the right atmosphere and environment to patients and their family members dealing with a serious issue like cancer.
It would also have alternative medicine centres with facilities in Homoeopathy, Unani and Ayurvedic.
