To create cancer awareness and education programme to the general public the hospital has started a community oncology department. Which is full of activities throughout the year, started by Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri Bhairo Singh Shikhawat. This hospital has been functioning as a separate department, managed by trained and very dedicated personnels. This department has targeted different schools, colleges with the help of various NGO’s and social activists of the state. This particular department has also taken the cruset against the tobacco in the form of tobacco consumption in general public by Tambaku Mukti Morcha programme. One village Kukuri was also adopted by the institute for monitoring the lifestyle with various types of diseases in rural area.
